The Spa Room's Etiquette

The Spa Room has set out to bring you an environment where the highest levels skin care are provided to nurture our clients well being. The Spa Room is able to tailor each treatment for to any individual's own needs. 

 

It is The Spa Room's goal to make difference in not only her clients skin but also their experience at The Spa Room. Skin is truly our passion while each service is geared towards providing the highest level of customer service, and to have each and evey client feeling and looking ~ Relaxed ~ Refreshed ~ Rejuvenated. 


Do I have to remove my makeup prior to my skin care service?

No, you do not. If possible it is preferred you come with no makeup because some mascara's are challenging to remove. If you're not able to, don't worry we have makeup remover ;)

*** However, if your appointment is for, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and or lash tint. Please come without Makeup

 

How should I Dress?

Dress comfortably, The Spa Room prefers our guests to come how ever they are most comfortable. We strive to create a cozy, relaxed enviroment and always free of judgement. 

 

Reservations:
In order to ensure that you obtain your desired appointments, we recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. When scheduling your appointment you'll need to provide your first and last name, cell phone number, and email. To accommodate your desired appointment a credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. We hold this information as part of our cancelation policies and only make necessary charges  to your account on the date of your scheduled service. Details of our cancelation policy are provided below. 

*Please notify The Spa Room of any allergies or sensitivities to aromas or ingredients when you schedule your appointment. You may enter this information online when you schedule your treatment, enter your information under "notes". Any questions, comments and or concerns please call or text The Spa Room 720-590-9873

 

CANCELATION POLICY/ NO SHOW POLICY: By booking your appointment, you authorize The Spa Room to charge your credit card a no-show fee of 100% of the menu price, should you miss your appointment without proper 24 hour notification. If you are more than 15 minutes late it is considered a no-show. My clients are always my top priority to ensure I am on time for my next client and my time is valuable.

REMEMBER: The Spa Room requires 24 hours advanced notice when canceling online. If you have any questions, please contact The Spa Room 720-590-9873

 

Can I call to schedule a appointment?

Yes, only if you've already scheduled on line. If it is your first appointment you schedule online.  Please allow up to 24hours for your call to be returned.Your phone call is important to us, and we will return your phone call as soon as possible. Please see hours of operations per we are closed on Sundays and Mondays, phone calls will be returned on Tuesdays.

 

PROMOTIONAL DEALS/COUPONS/VOUCHER: If you have a promotional deal or coupon please ensure you include this information when scheduling your treatment; voucher number, and expiration date. You will not see a option for this, simply chose from the menu the correlating service. If you may have any questions please call or text 720-590-9873. Spa specials cannot be used in combination with any other offer, promotions or third part gift certificates.

*If your promotional deal/coupon/Voucher has expired the promotional value will be applied towards the full price of the service, and the remaining balance must be paid at the time of your service. We accept all forms of payment (Cash, Credit/Debit, and Checks). All services must be used by the same person. If you have any questions please call or text 720-590-9873

Cell Phones:
We kindly ask that you turn your cell phones and all electronic devices upon arrival and to remember to speak in your very soft spa voice once you near The Spa Room's studio# 26. Cell phone use may affect the length of your spa services. Our number one reason we ask that you minimize distraction is to provide a calm and relaxing enviroment for you and our other guests. This is your time to that you've scheduled to give yourself much needed and derserved TLC.

 

Can I bring my Child(ren)?

The Spa Room adores children, but we ask that you please not bring them to your appointment. This is time that you are supposed to enjoy to yourself :)

 

Prices and Services:
Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep our clients up to date on any changes that may occur but encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment. 

Pregnancy Policy: The Spa Room is more than happy to accommodate expecting mother's as long as you provide a letter from your OBGYN giving you clearance for your scheduled appointment. I'm sorry but there are no exceptions. You and your babies safety is our first priority here at The Spa Room. 

 

Gift Certificate Policy:
Gift Certificates are available in any amount and may be purchased at the spa, by phone at 720-590-9873 or you may contact us below. Out of town? Too busy? No problem. We will mail your gift certificate to you. Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift certificates even if lost, misplaced or stolen. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed as cash. Gift Certificates must be mentioned when making your appointment.

 

Series of Treatments: 
We are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transaction on any spa treatment series that are purchased. We will, however, exchange them for spa credit of equal value. You must contact The Spa Room within 60 days from your purchase date. When you purchase a series of 3 or 6 they cannot be shared/given away, series are for one person only, no exceptions.

Series purchased directly from The Spa Room, have no expiration date come in at your convenience.

3 Series - purchased directly from The Spa Room, no expiration

6 Series - purchased directly from The Spa Room, no expiration 

Groupons/Living Social packages purchased from third party

 *** You must schedule and use your promotional deal/coupon/ or voucher by the expiration date after the expiration date the promotional deal/coupon/voucher is no longer valid, if you purchased a series of 3 your first appointment must be made before expiration date (activated), and expires 8 weeks from first appointment (activated date). If your first appointment date was not made on or before the expiration date, the promotional value can be applied towards the full price of the service, and the remaining balance must be paid at the time of your service. There are no exceptions. The series of 3 must be used by the same person you may not split up the series, there are no exceptions.  

 

Gratuity:
Gratuity is not included in the price of service or spa packages, customary tipping runs 15% to 20% but is, of course at your discretion. You may tip with cash, check or credit card. With parties of 3 or more a 20% gratuity will be added to the final bill. 

 

Personal Belongings:
Please leave all jewelry and valuable items at home. The Spa Room is not responsible for lost or misplaced items. If you forget to leave your jewelry and valuables at home, The Spa Room does have a small jewelry box but it at your own discretion to put it in there as it is to make sure you remember it. Your Esthetician will always do her best to remind you to get all your belongings. 

 

Return Policy:
It is our mission to provide you with the highest-quality of skin and body care products with your services. In fact, you may like these products so much that you wish to use them every day in your own home! In the event you purchase any of our spa products for home use and find them to be defective or a allergic reaction, we will exchange any products within 14 days of purchase. If you simply changed your mind, The Spa Room apologies because once "product" has left The Spa Room it cannot be resold. Please provide proof of purchase. Always ask for a receipt. Unfortunately we cannot provide cash refunds for returned products. Instead a spa credit will be provided for any returned products to be used on any other products or spa services available here at The Spa Room, after 6 months of the return the credit is no longer available. It is advised to immediately exchange for another product or schedule your service and the credit amount will be applied any balances must be paid at the time of the exchange or service(s).

Refund Policy:

If you've been charged a no-show fee, no refunds will be issued. By scheduling your appointment with your credit card you are authorizing The Spa Room to keep your credit card on file in the event you should not show or give proper 24hr notice you will be charged 100% of the menu price. No exceptions.
