Benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar Benefits when ingested;

~ Helps Remove Toxins from the body

~ Promotes Digestion & Ph Balance (dieses often occur when the body's Ph is too acidic, surprisingly Apple Cider Vinegar is alkaline creating a Ph balance inside of our body)

~ Rich in enzymes & Potassium

~ Helps Control Weight, can help burn fat, increases metabolism

~ Lowers blood sugar levels and helps fight diabetes

~ Lowers cholesterol and reduces your risk of heart disease

~ May help reduce blood pressure

~ May help kill cancer cells and shrink tumors

~ Kills harmful bacteria and viruses

Classic Apple Cider Vinegar Detox Drink Recipe

1 Cup of Water (8oz)

1 TBSP (start with) I Like to use 1oz (1 shot glass), but some need to build up to that

1/2 TSP Ground Cinnamon

1 TBSP Organic Local Colorado Honey (optional)

Mix and drink first thing in the morning. CAUTION: (for some it may upset your stomach, so take small sips until it's gone and build up to adding 1oz to your 1cup of water, you may also drink water between sips if needed). Drink at least 64oz everyday.


This recipe has saved me big time, since my wise mother shared this gem recently.

Soar Throat, Strep Throat, Cold, Flu, any icky Virus - Gargling Recipe

~ 1/2 Cup or 4oz of Hot Water (don't burn your mouth)

~ 2 TBSP of Apple Cider Vinegar

~ 1 TBSP Sea Salt

Mix. Gargling each time for 30seconds then spit out and repeat until mixture is gone. If you accidently drink a bit, no biggie its all natural.

Dry Throat Recipe - Virus/Stomach/Indigestion Recipe

~ 1 Cup or 8oz Water

~ 2-4 TBSP Apple Cider Vinegar

~ 2 TBSP Organic Local Colorado Honey

Drink, if this is your 1st time only do 2 TBSP of Apple Cider Vinegar. Drink at least 64oz everyday.

Virus/Stomach/Indigestion Recipe (same as above)

Helps to kill bad bacteria, and honey is also one of natures antibiotics that is also soothing to our GI system.

External Benefits;

~ Helps Maintain Healthy Skin

1-2x a week apply Apple Cider Vinegar to a cotton round on cleansed skin, use as a "toner" apply to skin and then apply your skin care regimen as normal. This is great for oily skin, acne prone skin, rosacea, eczema, or skin in need of detox from (tabacco, alcohol, drugs, and pollution).

~ Soothe Irritated Skin, Acne/Pimples, Rash

Apply to irritated area as needed for soothing.

(If irritation occurs from applying Apple Cider Vinegar, cleanse skin and immediately discontinue use)
